Atlantic Canada Chapter President

Margaret joined Xerox in 1984 in Halifax, and has held Sales and Marketing Management positions in Halifax, Toronto, Vancouver and Saint John. Margaret retired in 2015 as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with Xerox North America Inside Sales. She was a problem solver/change agent responsible for facilitating, coaching and leading continuous improvement for the company’s B2B locations and also Xerox Canada Global Services Organization. Margaret is Change Management Certified (PROSCI ADKAR) and has completed her Masters in Business (Saint Mary’s University).

After 40 years of crossing the country Margaret in 2018 returned to the place she has always called home Fredericton, New Brunswick. Today Margaret enjoys the simple life of the Maritimes. Nothing is much more than 20 minutes away and she can easily run into friends and get a friendly wave, smile or hi to at the grocery store. She enjoys hanging out with family and friends that she has known since grade school and her true passions are golfing, pickleball and pub choir. Participating in a competitive round of cribbage or 45s will always bring a smile to her face.
