BARRY COGSWELL

Barry joined Xerox in November 1997 as a Customer Account Manager/Operations Analyst (Dalhousie University), retiring in  May of 2016 as a Project Executive for Xerox Global Services. His entire career was in the Managed Print Services area on a regional and national basis, starting in Operations and continuing with multiple management assignments covering the full lifecycle of managed services including as a Project Delivery Executive for two of the largest Managed Services Implementations for Xerox in North America; the assumption of Eastern Sign Print and Managed Print for Sobeys and a Managed Print Program for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. After retiring from Xerox, Barry launched his own project management practice and spent four years at the City of Halifax; three of those years as Director of IT Service Management and Operations.

Barry and his wife of 41 years Shirley, live in Cole Harbour, Nova Scotia, surrounded by his three sons and their families, which include a granddaughter and grandson.

Barry is looking forward to giving back to the many colleagues and friends who supported him during his time at Xerox.
