XCRA board of directors 2022-2023The XCRA has an Executive committee consisting of a President, Vice President and Treasurer. In addition, there is a Secretary and 5 Board of Directors that operate the organization in accordance with formal bylaws that are reviewed and revised on a regular basis. Executive and Board members are elected by members for 2 year terms. There is an annual general meeting once per year where the Board presents topics important to our members such as financials, Board election results and other topics. All XCRA members are invited to participate. |
Chris Punnett - PresidentChris joined Xerox in 1975 and retired from Xerox Canada in 2008 as a Black Belt and Deployment Manager for Lean Six Sigma. During his career, Chris spent 4 years in Rochester with the SOHO Group with inkjet printers. His XCL experience included: RBC National Account Manager, Director of Integrated Marketing, leading the Facsimile program, Marketing and Systems Program management, Service Planning, Systems Sales Manager in Western Canada and numerous Planning, Pricing and Finance roles in Toronto. Chris, his wife Kathy, and the youngest of their five children, live in Oakville, Ontario; three others live nearby in Burlington with 4 grand children and the 5th with two grandchildren are near Xerox in North York. |
Guy Essiambre - Vice-PresidentGuy retired from Xerox in 2012 after 37 years with Xerox Canada most of them in Customer Service. Guy was a service rep. for 10 years, service specialist and trainer for 4 years, service manager for 20 years and 3 year as a FIC with Logistics. Since leaving Xerox, Guy has been spending his time keeping fit, playing golf, driving around in his Porsche, traveling and taking care of his family (3 grandchildren). Guy has been actively involved with XCRA for the past 7 years as local Vice President and member of the Board for the past 6 years. |
Ray Littlewood - TreasurerRay retired from Xerox Canada in 2019 as the Vice President, Global Delivery Centres. In that role Ray was responsible for providing operational support for customers in the United States, Europe and Canada. His duties included providing Help Desk and Asset Management support for all XBS offerings, as well managing the Remote Technical Support team focused on providing solutions to customer problems remotely. Ray joined Xerox Canada in 1979 after graduating from St Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Science degree and an MBA from McMaster University. Ray lives in Quispamsis with his wife Nancy and has twin sons Donald and Thomas both of whom live in Ontario. Ray enjoys skiing, golf, woodworking and travelling. |
